Legal
Terms of Service
Effective date: July 4, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of inman-time. This standard Terms page is intended for MVP readiness and should be reviewed by legal counsel before broad commercial launch.
Use of the service
- inman-time provides calendar, task, reminder, scheduling, collaboration, weather, and provider integration tools.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all events, tasks, invitations, calendar edits, and content created or shared from your account.
Calendar accuracy
- inman-time is designed to help with planning, but it should not be your only source for critical commitments, travel, medical, legal, emergency, financial, or safety-related scheduling.
- You are responsible for checking important times, locations, attendees, and provider sync results.
- AI-style suggestions, optimization notes, reminders, weather context, and schedule analysis are informational only and may be incomplete or incorrect.
Third-party services
- inman-time may integrate with third-party services such as Supabase, Google Calendar, weather APIs, Vercel, and future calendar or email providers.
- Your use of third-party services is also governed by their terms and privacy policies.
- Provider availability, sync behavior, invite delivery, and event updates may fail or change outside inman-time's control.
Invitations and communications
- If you send or generate calendar invitations, attendee emails, shared-calendar invites, or event updates, you must have permission to contact those recipients.
- You may not use inman-time to spam, harass, impersonate, mislead, or send unlawful communications.
- For provider-backed calendar events, services such as Google Calendar may send attendee notifications when you request event creation or updates.
Acceptable use
- You may not attempt to bypass authentication, row-level security, permissions, usage limits, or provider authorization flows.
- You may not upload malicious code, interfere with service availability, scrape the service, or use inman-time to violate laws or third-party rights.
- You may not enter or share content that you do not have the right to use or disclose.
Data and ownership
- You retain ownership of the calendar content, tasks, notes, and other information you add to inman-time.
- You grant inman-time permission to process that information as needed to provide, secure, sync, improve, and support the service.
- Shared calendar owners are responsible for setting appropriate roles and visibility levels for collaborators.
Beta and availability
- inman-time is an MVP/beta product and may change, break, lose test data, or be unavailable.
- Features may be added, removed, limited, or modified without notice.
- The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, inman-time and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- inman-time is not responsible for missed meetings, failed reminders, provider sync issues, lost opportunities, travel disruption, or decisions made based on app suggestions.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or use the product unlawfully.
- You may stop using inman-time at any time and may request deletion of account-related data from the app operator.
Changes to these terms
- We may update these Terms as inman-time changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
